Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Shared Services Team on all daily human resources activities, such as recruitment, employee relations, retention and internal movements, etc.
- Identify, coordinate and provide guidance to business unit(s) on all human resources initiatives, such as manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent management and retention, etc.
- Partner and support the business unit(s) to ensure integration, implementation and maintenance of relevant HR programmes, policies and procedures across the unit(s).
- Cooperate with colleagues of shared service and centre of expertise on research, design and development of human resources policies, process and reports to enable the achievement of the goals of business unit(s) and the Company.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of best practice and disseminate within business unit
- Participate in other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience of which at least 3 years as HR generalist in a sizable/multinational company. Previous experience in a business partnership &/or supervisory role would be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and understanding of human resources best practice.
- Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen with excellent problem solving and project management skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, flexible and able to work under minimal supervision.
