工作职责 Position Responsibilities
1. Prepare and optimize damage table daily and weekly/monthly version准备及优化刀具损失日表及周表。
2. Assist Technical Team to achieve the purpose of timely and effective reporting德技术支持人员的助理工作，实现及时有效沟通。
3. Translate E-mail and document in DQ as and when required为工程师及技术支持翻译邮件
4. Communicating with DQ & AVS engineer for urgent Info, convey information effectually and timely 紧急信息的沟通为DQ和AVS人员，实现即时有效沟通。
5. ISO & 5 S Support for document preperarion and translation in Chinese, Support function in 5s ISO optimization and implementation
5s 文件准备及翻译成汉语，支持优化并实施5s标准化。
6. Other daily issues or other temporary assignments from Plant Manager and technical leader DQ
其他日常行政类工作。
7. Bank payment preparations (E-banking, bank vouchers etc.) 准备 银行付款（网上银行，银行电汇凭证等）。
8. Bank organization/folder filing (vouchers, numbering system) 整理与银行相关的单据凭证，存档并编号。
9. Daily/weekly bank visits处理日常银行业务。
10. Check bank balance daily and ensure adequate cash for operation fund in bank
每日检查银行存款余额，确保银行有足够的运营资金。
11. Make vendor payment through internet banking/TT/Check; 供应商通过网上银行支付/TT/检查。
12. Prepare cash flow report and Bank reconciliation; 准备现金流动报告，银行对账单。
13. VAT invoice verification (scan incoming invoice and check in Golden Tax System)
增值税发票认证（发票的扫描并在金税系统里认证）。
14. VAT invoice verification (scan incoming invoice and check in Golden Tax System) 增值税发票的开具和购买。

学历及专业：Degree本科 德语语言文化
工作经验: Working experience
