职位表述和要求: POSITION SUMMARY

This position is accountable for merchant gases direct marketing efforts in China to achieve growth and profit targets for the respective merchant gas business. Primary responsibilities towards the direct marketing activities for the country’s Liquid/Bulk and Generated Gases segments will to (1) Develop and manage the execution of high-impact direct marketing campaigns, (2) Support on marketing activities, like exhibition, seminars… and capture all leads generated for evaluation of those activities.

Success in this role will require collaboration with internal teams and customers (sales, commercial technology/GAD, product management, and product development) as well as external groups (customers, consultants) to develop and execute the marketing campaigns and activities. Key challenges will be working with minimum supervision to provide high quality leads for the salesforce, and influencing Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to derive maximum value to the business from marketing activities


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Running direct marketing campaign and prospecting for the liquid bulk business
·Generation of good quality sales leads
·Tracking of new projects & investments
·Information gathering on Competitive accounts
·Capture of all lead generation activity in Salesforce

JOB REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or related discipline
·4 years or above experiences in industrial products marketing or sales function preferred.
·Excellent communication skills
·Ability to understand technical concepts
·Strong influencing skills
·Strong computer skill and internet knowledge
·Ability to multi-task and operate in a changing environment
