职位表述和要求： PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Review Capitalization Notices and respond questions relevant to capital project and Capitalization Notices.
2. Monitor Month-end Closing activities relevant to capital project.
3. Reclassify inappropriate A/C generated by system to proper A/C by manual adjustment after Month-end Close Activities are completed.
4. Post manual adjustment entries for US and Local GAAP.
5. Distribute capital package to end user and receive all of feedback and question from user and follow-up with them to make sure all issues being well addressed and closed.
6. Prepare Quarterly/Yearly Schedule.
7. Analyze BS accounts.
8. Fulfill CPA audit requests.
9. Support SOX testing/compliance.
10. Any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Job Incumbent is expected to have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 8 years working experience in a multi-national company.
3. Job Incumbent is expected to have strong SAP system knowledge and experience.
4. Previous experience related to Fixed Assets, Project, General Ledger is a plus.
5. Good personality and strong computer skill are required, good command of writing and speaking in English are also required.
