职位表述和要求： Principal Accountabilities

1, Manage and perform various aspects of cryogenic boxes piping design including equipment and piping arrangement drawing, Isometric drawing, piping line list, BOM preparation, piping support drawing, piping insulation standard etc.

2, Coordinate and communicate technical issues with US cryogenic design team and boxes manufacturer.

3, Understanding APCI engineering piping standard, spec and international industry piping engineering code and local code

4, Working with US cryogenic design team to support project proposal estimation, project execution.

5, Support on cold box piping manufacturing and QC inspection for technical issues and provide resolution suggestion

6, Work closely with cryogenic piping design and stress analysis on the interfacing and cross checking on the consistency.

7, Ensure the design working procedures are followed and manage the design changes properly.

Recommended Skills and Experience

1, Have at least 5 years experience in chemical or petro-chemical plant piping design (experience on cryogenic piping design will be a plus)

2, Detail knowledge of ASME B31.3 and China GB piping/ fittings and valves standards

3, Basic understanding of equipment external load constraints / design criteria and steel structure design concept.

4, Familiar with piping design principles, pressure drop calculation and piping stress.

5, Familiar with piping testing, cleaning, and commissioning knowledge

6, Know piping design criteria for equipment and piping layout.

7,Be familiar with PDS/Microsation/ Auto CAD design skill is mandatory.

8, Owns good communication and people skills.

9, Acceptable level in oral and written English.
