PURPOSE OF THE JOB 设置此职位的目的
Drive new product development of Schneider Electric’s Pelco video security products via contribution to the verification/validation of product quality.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
• Works closely with development, marketing, and support personnel to define test requirements and procedures that will be used to confirm newly produced products meet minimum performance standards.
• Collaborates with Project Management and Support team to define customer equipment configurations for test execution.
• Develops comprehensive test cases; responsible in ensuring test cases developed are reviewed and approved by peers.
• Develops plans to achieve functional and non-functional test coverage.
• Understands the fundamentals of defect administration.
• Perform maintenance and support activities for test software that has been released.
• Responsible for status reporting on tasks, defects, test case execution and test results.
• Performs risk analysis of product changes and recommend appropriate test strategies.
• Drive quality improvement, enhancement, and cost reduction in existing products

Candidates must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally, meet on a regular basis with team members in the US over telephone and on-line, and fit into global working environment.

A computer engineering bachelor’s degree or related degree from a leading university.
Experience required : 工作经验要求(请注明要求的工作年限)
• At least 3years experience in software testing, development lifecycles, defect management and debugging.
• Good knowledge in Linux and Windows systems.
• Product firmware experience with IP cameras, video servers, DVRs or field application support experience with highly-integrated SoCs
Languages: 语言能力要求
Multi/lingual: Competent in English (both verbal and written) and fluent in Mandarin
