3.负责具体新药临床实验的组织、实施和监察工作；
4.对科研护士和监察管理员的管理；
5.领导其它交办事项；

任职要求：
1.肿瘤学或肿瘤临床背景，本科及以上学历；
2.有一年以上的临床监查工作经验，获得GCP证书优先；
3.能经常出差；
4.英语熟练，精通计算机运用技能；
