Job Summary职位概述:
Develop, manage and maintain the sales channels of the specialty testing products in the area, in order to meet established sales and market share targets.
对所负责区域内专业检测产品的销售渠道进行开拓、管理及维护, 以达到既定销售和市场份额目标
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Explore and establish the regional market distributors, looking for potential partners, implement business negotiation and contract signing
开拓建立地区市场的代理渠道,寻找潜在合作伙伴,进行商务洽谈和签约.
2. Existing channel management and relationship maintenance, etc.
现有渠道的管理和关系维护等
3. Manage all distributors and evaluate channel sales and penetration ability through data analysis.
管理经销商,通过数据分析来评估渠道销售和渗透能力
4. Training of sales staff in the regional distributors.
对区域代理商经销商的销售人员进行培训
5. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate regional sells/marketing trends, competitor activity to identify new market opportunities for the product
监督, 分析和评估各地市场、销售趋势和竞争活动, 发现新市场机会, 调整当地销售策略和计划
6. Develop regional sells plans for the products responsible
制定当地的市场推广计划及方案
7. Push the implementation of local marketing campaign for new products.
推动当地的新品上市推广方案执行
Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. Bachelor or master Degree in medicine/Health/Science or related disciplines
医学/生命科学领域或相关专业本科学历
2. Strong business management skills
较强的商业管理能力
3. Product & marketing expertise
产品和市场推广的专业知识
4. Good command of MS office software application
熟练应用微软办公软件
Experience工作经验:
1. At least 5 years’ experience in IVD industry
5年以上医疗行业工作经验.
2. Rich experience of channel development, management, communication and negotiation skills。
丰富的渠道开拓、管理经验和沟通、谈判技巧。
3. Ability to work independently, strong sense of market competition, willing to accept the challenge and be able to work under pressure.
具有独立工作能力,强烈的市场竞争意识, 勇于接受工作挑战,能够承担目标压力
