Improve retail marketing implementation and communications with area retail sales and marketing organization.
- Work with marketing team in developing POP and merchandising for channel customers that drives sales. Work with sales, advertising/communications, channel merchandising, and outside vendors to develop and distribute POP/merchandising.
- Manage standardized retail tools for local retail sales team, ensuring understanding and implementation.
- Drive implementation of retail & trade promotions to local retail sales team, providing them a clear understanding of all elements.
- Manage flow and results of product launch to the local retail sales team by providing proper implementation guidelines.
- Work with Marketing team and regional retail sales team to use measurement tools ensuring campaign effectiveness on all levels.
- Assist regional retail sales team in new business development, both in terms of strategic and creative directions.
- Assist in the development of regional consumer promotions, both thematic and tactical, calling particular attention to on-ground implementation.
- Develop programs for customers and consumers to drive sales through assigned channel.
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel.
- Plan, forecast, and implement marketing programs and promotions for the channel. Include special promotions, buying opportunities, ongoing support programs for product categories and market segments.
- Understand trends, potential demand, and competition; make recommendations to develop and introduce new products that increase sales.
- Develop strategies and support programs to increase penetration of faucets and showers products to include pricing, marketing programs, and communication pieces.
- Maintain continuous contact with customers, sales, trade groups, and all other internal and external sources which can contribute to the development of new product ideas to satisfy consumer needs, are marketable, and provide for revenue growth and increased profit.
- Regularly and tightly track and evaluate the performance of implementation on business plans, programs and activities.

- Minimum four year college degree in engineering, business or marketing.
- Significant experience (generally 5+ years) in Sales/Trade Marketing experience in a FMCG company or a closely related field is required.
- Knowledge of retail space management, merchandising principles
- Computer Literacy
