职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, visual management, improvement （kaizen）, SMED, TPM, etc.
Improve production management & logistics, focuses on the Kanban management, pull system, production logistics system design and improvement, etc.
Establish and maintain the whole plant lean system.
Work with production manager and other departments to achieve goals in areas such as plant layout, organization structure, rationalization, work flow, product launch, quality, safety, productivity.
Plan internal lean activities, define time schedule and project track and improve lean performance.
Forming plans for improving the productivity; leverage best practices (LEAN/ Kaizen) to drive success in join productivity event.
Communicate with relevant team to better manager the information flow.
Work together with strategic suppliers to better manage material flow, including supplier’s lead time, delivery frequency, etc.
Organize training and communication of lean to ensure all employees being clear with Lean manufacture knowledge or skill, and form lean culture in the company.
Identify and nurture manufacturing talent to prepare the next generation of manufacturing leadership.
Coordinate activities to achieve short and long-term manufacturing goals.
Directly provide formal and informal LEAN training and coaching
Facilitate other LEAN training sessions when appropriate

Requirement:
B.S
More than 20 years experience working in a manufacturing environment and more than 10 years direct leading lean projects.
More than 5 years in lean & 6 sigma or related field worked in consulting firm
Rich success Lean record
Strong understanding of and ability to implement Lean Principles and Tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence the behavior of peers and other outside the direct reporting line; fluent English.
Ability to initiate, lead and sustain change.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
Project Management experience and skills.
Creative and innovative thinking
