Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and control all skincare marketing planning, communication and supplier activation to maximize the efficiency, timeliness, and cost effectiveness in order to support business growth
- Establish targets in areas such as Cosmetic & new category user base growth through higher and better communication content and approach by optimizing overall reach, consumer engagements, and readership
- Liaise with trading category team and work out promtion strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the communication planning to operations and aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional and staff/team to ensure that the organization Cosmetic & new category category marketing strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
- Work closely with Trading Category for promotion calendar, and regular provide promotional marketing support such as alipay, wechat, bank and other merchant promotions, from Watsons’ user base (eco system) to mass and targeted communication socially and digitally
- Consciously and proactively seek new opportunity with strategic key suppliers by leveraging supplier resources and maximize the output
- Constantly well-understanding core consumer insight and needs as well as rapid competition and market change, not only limit to China but also global and international trend.
- Giving guidance to regional/market marketing and aligned with same goal to grow core category and user base
- Other tasks which are assigned by company.
Requirements:
? A minimum of 3 years on marketing related experience, including various brand/trade marketing/promotion management, FMCG/Luxury/premium industries or physical and online retailer management experience is a plus
? Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/Communication or Business related
? Consumer centric and strong in strategic marketing planning, converting into business cases
? Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
? Ability to foster a cooperative work environment with team
? strong team leader experience and ideally the team members are over 10 persons in past job career
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Good presentation skill
? Demonstrate negotiation abilities and able to work under pressure
