In accordance with this goal, the responsible of the function:
基于SES的战略目标，该职位的职责如下：

Design, verification, specification, and qualification of, 50Hz/60Hz, three phase high power UPS according to market requirement.
基于市场需求设计、验证大功率三相50/60Hz UPS。
Liaise with electrical component suppliers in conjunction with the Purchasing Team to develop required compents such as power chokes, power transformer.

Under the supervision and direction of R&D manager, he/she shall analyze and verify both technical and quality compatibility of products/samples under approval.

When required he/she shall support quality and production departments for technical matters

Skill Requirements
需要的技能：

Master degree or bachelor in electrical engineering, automation control, power electronics or some related major.
电气工程、自动控制、电力电子专业毕业，本科或硕士以上学历。
Candidates shall have minimum 3 years (master degree) or 5 years (bachelor degree) background in R&D of companies specialized in power converters or power electronics.
三年以上（硕士）或五年以上（本科）且有（尤其是不间断电源或电力方面）研发部门工作背景的，优先考虑。
Candidates shall have independent technical problem solving capability and project management capbility.
独立的技术问题解决能力和项目管理的能力。
Candidates should understand and implement various switching converter topologies (buck, boost, flyback etc.) and control techniques skillfully. Uninterruptible Power Systems, Inverters, Static conversion, Solar inverters, rectifiers or power supply design experience is a must.
深刻理解并能熟练应用常用的电力电子拓扑（如buck、boost、反激等）和对应的控制策略。必须有UPS、变频器、太阳能逆变器或开关电源的设计经验。
Solid understanding of power electronic devices such as IGBT, Mosfet, Diode, Electrolytic Capacitor, Magnetic components and implement those components skifully is a must.
深刻理解并能熟练应用电力电子器件，如IGBT、Mosfet、二极管、电解电容、磁性器件等。
Understanding of control algorithm used for inverters such SPWM, SVPWM is a plus.
对三相变换器常用的控制算法（如SPWM、SVPWM）有一定的理解。
Experience in simulation with PSpice, PSim, etc and in calculation with Mathcad is a plus.
能熟练应用Pspice、Psim等仿真软件，能熟练应用Mathcad等数学软件。
Demonstrated ability to build prototypes, experimentation on systems, and bench testing is a must.
拥有构建原型机，系统测试和评估的经验和能力。
Knowledge of main analysis instruments/software and laboratory equipment is a must.
具有主要的分析仪器/软件和实验室设备的知识。
Knowledge of industrial processes and functions such as quality procedures, technical design.

The candidate shall be a person motivate and determined to reach the given targets, detail oriented and conscious of the importance/delicacy of the position.

The position will respond to the R&D Manager.

It will be required a consistent period of training on the job and possibly a period of training in Europe (Italy or France) not necessary limited to a single trip. The candidate shall be willing to spend some time overseas if required.
