职位描述:
1. Send the quotation (confirmed by the Sales Dept.) to the
customers upon receiving enquiries, and assist to define
the specification if it is not according to the standard of
CMA Shanghai.
2. Effectively handle the common enquiries from the
customers including the potential clients from overseas
with feedback on the general technical information and
3. Input the order in the system, coordinate with the customer,etc
and logistics & production colleagues to define the
specification, production schedule, deliver time and etc.
4. Achieve the smooth information flow between the
distributors/direct key accounts and the logistics /
5. Issue the invoice in the ERP system when the cargo is
delivered, and keep record for the due date of the payment
and be in close contact with the customer for the on-time
payment arrangement.
6. Conduct the sales module of the ERP system and
monitor the payment situation of the customers as the
daily business.
7. Keep record and file all documents related to individual
order properly.
8. Set up the data base of the orders in the office.
9. Update the order intake and sales summary weekly and
also on a monthly basis depend on the order confirmation,
payment situation and goods delivery situation.
10. Edit the weekly and monthly sales summary for the
management review and action planning.
11. Prepare the monthly/weekly pick up forecast according to
the confirmation from the distributor and customer
coordinate with supply chain colleagues and customer.
12. Follow the payment status of the customers and
coordinate with the Finance Dept. of 3ACSH for the on
time payment collection
13. Ensure to complete the order process from order
intake to delivery according to the request of the
customer and the capacity of the company.
14. Support to manage the financial risk and assist the
smooth operation of the sales with the customers
