职位描述
General Duties and Responsibilities:
(1) PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Select, train, develop, motivate direct reports and monitor performance, and develop a succession plan in order to achieve functional and departmental objectives.
(2) ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING
Set departmental objectives; monitor and control accounting and reporting performance; trouble-shoot if necessary and ensure corrective measures are determined and applied in order to support management financial and accounting decisions.
(3) INTERNAL CONTROL IMPLEMENTATION
Ensure internal control processes and procedures are followed; perform self-audit assessment on time; report to senior management and suggest solutions for improvement in order to protect company interests.
(4) EXTERNAL REPORTING
Respond to inquiries and provide accounting information on complex accounting situation to external parties; provide comments and feedback to external auditors and tax agent/ authorities in order to protect company interests and ensure external financial reporting and statutory compliance.
(5) TREASURY AND RISK MANAGEMENT
Coordinate with accounts receivable team & banks on AR collection and daily banking matters; ensure accurate cash flow forecast and timely funds disbursements to employees and vendors; ensure bank balance daily reporting in order to ensure adequate cash is available to meet company needs.
(6) PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SYSTEM CONTROLS
Develop user requirements or systems tools according to the need of the business and internal customers; implement systems according to project specifications and timeliness in order to ensure accurate and timely reporting and continuously
Qualifications and Requirements:
(1) 8+years of accounting experience
(2) knowledge in PRC accounting standards
(3) familiar with US accounting standards
(4) experience in new accounting, budget and employee reimbursement system installation and enhancements
(5) experience in team leading an accounting team of about 10 employees
(6) experience in US IPO process
