POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要
BT Services Delivery Analysts are responsible to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with global R&D BT, BT Infrastructure, Medical BT counterparts in order to ensure seamless application system support and services are available across Clinical Development Operations, Clinical Sciences, Regulatory and Medical Affairs, and post-market drug safety surveillance teams. And also be responsible for ensuring effective integration of new applications into the production environment in conjunction with local and global, internal and external IT partners. The Sr. BT Services Delivery Analyst shall demonstrate continuous improvement in the provision of services, application deliveries, and support to the Medical/R&D BT supported lines and work closely with the Business lines to identify opportunities for innovation and increased productivity.
BT技术服务支持分析员需与辉瑞全球研发技术部门, 辉瑞医学信息技术部门及全球信息技术部门相关同事间建立并维护高效的工作关系，目的在于确保为全球开发营运，临床科学，注册及医学部门和上市后产品安全监测团队提供完善的应用系统技术支持和服务。并与当地和全球内部及外部信息技术合作伙伴协同工作，负责确保新的应用系统有效地整合到工作环境中。信息技术服务支持分析员需不断改善其对医学研发信息部门的服务和支持，并与业务部门一同寻找创新和提高工作效率的机会。

POSITION DETAILS

Department: Medical/R&D Business Technology, 医药研究&开发信息技术部
Locations: 1 Regular FTE in Shanghai Pudong, China中国上海浦东


KEY RESULT AREAS
？ Develop and maintain closed relationships with all business users, being proactive in identifying and owning potential problems, within assigned groups in Shanghai/Wuhan/Beijing, China
？ Manage, resolve and escalate, where necessary, desktop, database and client application problems, owning through to resolution.
？ Liaise with other IT groups, to ensure resolution of all identified problems within assigned Business area.
？ Act as a technical consultant for application related Change Control activities, feeding back requirements to the global IT project teams.
？ Work with the global IT teams, and Business Implementation Managers to support the successful take-up of new application releases and upgrade activities within the Business community.
？ Escalate to global IT partners, as relevant, to ensure seamless application problem resolution.
？ Develop and maintain Business Process expertise for increased understanding of application support and services.
？ Apply Business process expertise, to work with the allocated Business areas, to look for innovative way to increase productivity.
？ Be responsible for feeding back any ideas, which would result in increased productivity, to the Medical/R&D BT teams locally and globally.
？ Assist /make recommendations to Business users to enable maximum exploitation of technology within the business functions.
？ Identify opportunities for innovation within the applications space in order to deliver improved efficiencies to the business
？ In partnership with the Service Management function, ensure that all relevant application support and services information is captured in order to facilitate continuity of delivery from Medical/R&D BT to the business communities.
？ In partnership with the Service Management function, ensure that all relevant application support knowledge is captured and transitioned to the Helpdesk for improved first point of contact support, and first call resolution rate.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Education 学历要求
？ Bachelor degrees in computer sciences, life sciences, medicines and medical sciences, pharmaceuticals and/or business administration are required. Master degrees, pharmaceutical industry practice and database development experiences are preferred.

Experience 经验要求
？ At least 2 years experience of working in an IT support and database application development environment

？ At least 1~2 years of hand-on experiences on Oracle database, SQL Server database, or other RDBS
熟练掌握Oracle或其他数据库软件
？ Experience of working in a customer facing role

On October 31, 2005, Pfizer announced the official opening of China Research and Development Center (CRDC) in Shanghai. Pfizer Global Research and Development’s Center is mainly engaged in drug development activities. Much of the facility's capacity is devoted to the study design, data management and statistical analysis of global phase I-IV clinical trials, as well as the clinical study report process. In addition, CRDC is a part of Pfizer global Safety and Risk Management and covers the functions of safety data processing and assessment. The center also trains Pfizer employees in China and throughout the Asia region in internationally recognized Good Clinical Practice standards.
辉瑞公司于2005年10月31日宣布辉瑞中国研发中心正式在上海揭幕。辉瑞中国研发中心主要为全球辉瑞药物开发提供支持工作。大部分的功能是围绕在I-IV期临床试验研究设计、数据管理和生物统计分析、以及临床试验报告的部分准备工作。此外，该中心是辉瑞全球安全和风险管理部的一个分支，负责安全数据处理和评估工作。研发中心还将为辉瑞公司在中国及亚洲的其它运营部门的员工提供国际标准的临床试验管理规范(GCP)的技术培训。
