职位描述：
1.进行聘前测试和简历甄别工作；
2.组织和执行招聘计划，包括通知和安排面试等；
3.员工各类人事手续办理，包括员工录用手续、人事合同签订，人事关系转移；
4.员工档案管理并及时更新；
5.维护和招聘渠道的关系，及时发布招聘广告，管理招聘信息。
6、执行招聘计划，进行工作分析，完成职位说明书；
7、维护拓展招聘渠道；
8、发布职位信息，收集简历，聘前测试和简历的初步筛选,安排面试；
9、负责办理员工入职离职等调配事务；
10、组织新员工入职培训，业务培训；
11、跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况，更新和维护人才储备库；
