Main responsibilities
? Set clear and continuous developing strategy and tactics to achieve expected short-term and lone-term business goals
- Generate and manage the new opportunities for our lightning protection products and solutions in target markets in cooperation with sales team
- Achieve the annual sales target in cooperation with sales teams
- Strategic planning in marketing, pricing, profitability, and developing / managing sales channels in target markets
- Participate in important projects bidding in the region. Have the ability to prepare bidding documents of company direct-sign contract and bidding work. Or have the ability to provide professional bidding support to distributors and partners.
- Translate market research data into customer´s needs and trade trends and assess market prospects
- Understand customer requirements in target markets and ensure a market-oriented product portfolio in cooperation with product management team
- Spot opportunities as well as threats and evaluate multiple options
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business administration
- Deep understanding of China external lightning protection markets
- Deep understanding of external lightning protection system
- 5+ years’ experience in lightning protection or related fields
- Proven track record of driving strategy successfully with customers and collaborating towards a commercial goal;
- Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions. Good knowledge and experience of program and project leading and execution.
- Team player, self-motivated and result oriented
- Good at MS Office software

- Strategic thinking with excellent business senses
- Open-minded, faster learning ability, proactive, self-confidence, excellent communication & customer services skills
- Team working sprit
- Willing to travel in China and even Southeast Asia
