Basic Function: Brief statement indicating why the role exists and its function
- Do the installation check for engine
- Do the functional test to make sure engine performance
- Release the report for Sign-off
- Technical role for engine test and development
Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e., budget approval)

- Support and coordinate application work (vehicle testing, report, application management)
- Design review for prototype vehicles/machine
- Manage the daily/regular communication with customer teams(application and customers)
- Do the engine installation check and functional test for customer
- Support base engine issues, coordinate the activities as the prototype step
- Release the Sign-off documentation for Customer.
任职资格
Job Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position

Include: previous functional experience (# of years), technical skills/knowledge, management experience (# of years), key business experiences (i.e., turnarounds, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing
- Bachelor degree in automotive/mechanical engineering.
- 3 years experiences in engine, subsystem or components research and development or application
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication with overseas team in fluent written and spoken English
- Be familiar with automotive R&D process and have good knowledge of commercial engine application project experience- Joint venture or foreign company working experience is plus.
- Pro/E or UG knowledge is plus
- INCA test equipment using is plus.

Additional job requirements (if any): Include eligibility, mobility, languages and proficiency, specific CNH work experience
- Test Dept. or Application Dept. work experience is plus
- Both good written and spoken English
- 60% work time for business trip and filed supporting for customer.
