Job Overview:
The Product Manager / Specialist will be in charge of product lines marketing mix management ( Osmart ) and drive the machine OEM business development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer Portfolio Management
? 4Ps management of existing offers with clear value proposition and product positioning
? Develop value-based pricing strategies base on product value proposition and positioning
? Manage offer phase-in, phase-out process
? Forecast MAPE accuracy
2. Develop and direct analysis to identify/quantify potential areas of opportunity
? Maintain market sizing estimates, and pricing insight to incorporate latest business trends and developments (leveraging Business intelligence team and Offer creation team)
? Capture, maintain and make available to marketing and sales team a comprehensive, timely and insightful competition analysis to better position the business
? Ensure business is aware of key industry trends and technology advancements to maintain overall competitiveness and identify portfolio enhancements/updates and/or adjacent growth segments (for organic/ inorganic growth)
3. Machine OEM business development;

Qualifications:
? Engineering (Electrical and Automation preferred) education background is preferred
? Proficiency in English
? >5 yrs of commercial experience in country Marketing/Sales or Product management.
? Familiar to familiar with machine OEM customer.
? Excellent communication & presentation skills
? Strong capacities of influence Line of Business (LoB) and country sales team
? Analytical & good synthesis mind
