HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To supervise the daily operation of Credit card paper management and ensure the full compliance with both internal policies and as well as local regulatory requirements.

- To contribute in the process re-engineering initiatives to improve process efficiency or control effectiveness.

- To assist in the team management as well as staff knowledge developing.

- To cross support in the supervisory roles required by other Cards Service operational processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree

- Strong PC skill

- Good command of oral and written English skill

- Good decision making skill and ability to maintain prioritize while working with multitask

- At least 2 year working experience in banking related business
