Key Responsibilities
? Understanding of commercial relationship between CBRE and JCI, maximizing performance.
? Archibus setup by working with IT and upload date to system and work on the commissioning and startup.
? Maintaining an understanding and awareness of local business changes within impacts “space use”;
? Assuring service provided and documentation delivered meets the client’s expectations.
? Performing facility occupancy planning (e.g. analysis, options development, evaluation and recommendations) .
? Planning and coordinating move migration for occupancy projects.
? Managing timely, accurate and cost effective planning and support MAC projects.
? Developing Test Fit, analyze space and report on space efficiency during RE site selection process and make appropriate recommendations.
? Anticipating space solutions to support the client, business changes, and meeting business requirements and needs.
? Promoting, advocating, supporting client internal space policies and relevant applications;
? Managing Space Utilization Studies and analysis of heat maps, reporting and presentation;
? Ensuring completeness and accuracy of data occupancy information is updated and accurate else escalate to dedicated parties.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
? Ability to learn fast and work independently.
? Knowledge and ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques;
? Proficient in AutoCAD tool, MS Project or similar, FMP tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
? Strong analysis and spreadsheet capabilities;
? Strong interpersonal communication skills;
? English language proficiency;
? Client Relationship Management ability;
? Expert Time Management and multitasking abilities, dealing with multiple and competing priorities;
? Assertiveness and win/win conflict resolution;
? Ability to complete tasks on time and produce deliverables independently;
? Experience preparing objectives and schedules;
? Ability to develop and communicate effectively conceptual and abstract project representations;
? Ability to work in a matrix structure in a collaborative networked environment with strict procedures and processes;
? Excellent teamwork capabilities;
? Ability to mentor and coach less-experienced specialists;
? Influential skill and ability to lead multi language, multi cultural and multi background resources.
Qualifications and Education:
? BA in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Interior Design and/or Space Planning;
? Knowledge of design Health & Safety requirements;
? Strong experience of Space Planning service delivery on multi site portfolio.
? Significant operational experience in managing Move-in/Move-out projects
? Minimum of 5 years interior design and project management experience;
? Minimum of 3 years in Space Planning/Facility Management services;
? Certification in facility management, interior design, engineering or architecture preferred;
? Understanding of Archibus principles.
