职位描述：
· 根据公司运营目标和预算，预测公司资金需求；
· 负责公司的结算工作，根据公司及分支机构经营需求和资金计划，办理公司对内/外资金结算，办理银行借款、银行承兑汇票等融资业务；
· 加强公司内部资金管理、风险控制，保证公司资金安全；
· 复核SAP系统资金支出数据录入的及时性和准确性；
· 参与编制资金预测表，并不定期更新数据；
· 审核预算内供应商付款情况；
· 负责资金部内部日常行政事务，文件流转归档等
· 负责管理各授信银行费率、利率，争取降低公司财务费用；负责银行各种贸易融资产品的开发和评测；负责合作银行的日常关系维护，并对银行进行评价；负责就业务中出现的各种问题与银行进行沟通，确保公司业务顺利进行。

Qualification:
任职资格：
· 大学本科以上学历，会计学或财经类相关专业毕业；
· 八年以上资金管理工作经验
· 熟悉银行结算流程、金融法规；
· 熟悉操作SAP软件及Excel、Word等办公软件；
· 诚信、敬业负责、有良好的职业 素养和执行力、具备团队合作精神；
· 具有较强的沟通和协调能力；
