主要职责：

1. 积极开拓市场，建立和维护客户关系。

2. 完成个人年度销售指标。

资格要求：

1. 建筑行业两年以上销售工作经验。

2. 了解本地区市场，同设计院、建筑师及承包商有着良好的关系

3. 英语良好者优先。

4. 有驾照及车辆者优先。

5. 良好的责任感和团队工作意识。

Location: Bejing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA)

Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the development of market and establishment of customer relationship.

2. Be responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry.

2. Good knowledge of the local market and ability to keep good relationship with the institute of design, architects and contractors.

3. Good command of English is preferred.

4. Holder of valid Driver’s license and a private car are preferred.

5. Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibil.ity
