- Cooperate with BMs finalize MTA, MBR planning, monitor and analyse result, take measures to reach the target;

- Support BMs to complete the monthly report/cockpit for management and GG to ensure the reports are correct;

- Cooperate with PC to issue GG report, carry out the simulation for GG, provide the business data to complete the required report;

- Cooperate with GG, BM and BA NS for order booking;
- Analysis of business situation,market situation,product specification and price situation to support BM for strategy setting;
- Project controlling of modalities;
- Set Financial KPI for Modality so that BM performance can be measured reasonably and realistically;
- Margin/profit management for Modality to ensure BM achieve the performance target;
- Transfer Price and Pricing Strategy - Negotiate with GG and OC for best suitable FD and TP, Implement TP and Pricing Strategy for Modality products; Maintain the configuration with prices in Share; and support BM, GG and business partner for any pricing issue;
- Modality cost center control and expense control - Support BM to control the marketing activities,T&E and cost center expenses, support BMs to better manage HC, cost and forecast to ensure BMs achieve the margin and profit target;
- Analyze business operation and optimize the current business process to match the changing business evironment;

- Cost calculation and LoA support - Support BM to get special FD; Make cost calucaltion for special project and package deal.
