职位描述：
1. Support full compliance of all EHS&S related regulatory requirements and ensures all EHS&S policies / practices are followed.
2. Ensure timely completion of investigations and completion of actions generated from EHS&S programs.
3. Responsible for the management of all equipment, and facility maintenance and utilities, manage plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources
4. Develops, implements and oversees predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, uses other maintenance disciplines in the development and application of reliability engineering, root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes
5. Assist with daily troubleshooting to operate the plant efficiently, ensures all technical matters are addressed in a timely fashion to support asset utilization improvements.
6. Provide plant with authoritative technical expertise and leadership for all engineering and maintenance activities and capital projects, maintains and updates plant engineering specs/standards and plant equipment files.
7. Implement entire project cycle for small field improvement projects including scope, design, development, material procurement, construction and project completion.
8. Develops and manages plant capital & maintenance budgets within guidelines;
9. Review/approve project designs and contracts; ensures installations are in compliance with applicable codes，manage ontractor program to ensure safety and work performed meets requirements of plant policies
10. Participates in Management of Change process; ensures MOC and PSSR compliance.
11. Partner with operations to enhance operating procedures/training; directly support training as needed.
12. Monitor and drive continuous improvement of engineering/maintenance organization using appropriate KPIs
13. Manages the training/development of direct reports and provides performance feedback

任职资格：
1. Colledge degree and above, majored in Mechatronics is preferred.
2. At least 6 years or above maintenance experience in manufacturing environment and can work independently to handle all maintenance issues.
3. Sound experience & understanding in mechanical, electrical field.
4. Professional Experience in Team Leading required.
5. Fluent written and oral English
6. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
7. Integrated and Interdisciplinary thinking and acting
8. Proficiency in project management
