职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
? Schedule monthly training plan for the region and get aligned with Ops team
? Develop training programs to support regional business needs, drive re-tail business and retail excellence
? Implement global and china initiated training project, as well acting as team lead to develop and implement local initiative programs

Training Management
? Regional training team management, including regional trainers, in-shop trainers
? Auditor in-shop training performance with trainer and operation managers
? Coordinate with Retail Operations and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resources
? Attend business meetings and provide training suggestions if necessary

Financial
? Control T&E and Training venue cost
? Take responsibility for retail training cost effectiveness

System and Processes
? aRU website maintenance
? Track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIs

People Management
? Performance management to direct reports; review and evaluate per-formance
? Encourage best practices share among team

KPI
? Timely, high-impact implementation of retail training programs
? Overall customer satisfaction from end use and ops team
? Consumer satisfaction of retail experience (based on “mysterious shop-per”)
? Share retail KPIs

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? At least 7 years retail training experience. Either retail experience or passion to sports is a plus
? College degree or above
? Excellent PPT and excel skill
? Good in reading and writing in English
? Can work under pressure
? Around 30% of business travel in the region
