Summary of Client 公司简介:
Headquartered in USA, with over 100 history, our client is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of a diverse array of electronic components, sensors and actuators. It’s Guangdong factory mainly produces automotive electronic components, such as variable resistors, DIP switch, automotive sensors, electronic controllers.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: Sales Director – China
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Develop and maintain key account profiles and customer strategies, including objectives and specific actions to maintain and grow profitable business. (40%)
2. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to support sales. (20%)
3. Interface with customers and potential customers to understand customer needs and expectations and communicate information to internal customers. (20%)
4. Lead resolution of issues at assigned accounts. (20%)
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree, major in technical or business area.
2. At least 5 years automotive part sales or engineering experience in automotive Tier One supplier. It is better to have work experience with SGM, FCA (Chrysler).
3. Experience in developing and growing sales within the sales and marketing organization.
4. Able to work independently to search out and find new accounts. Possess the analytical skills to interpret raw data and translate into working programs.
5. Detail oriented in keeping accurate, up-to-date account information.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear, concise presenter and communicator. Comfortable in dealing with high level executives both internal and external to the SBU.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Function as a team leader on special projects.
9. Fluent spoken and written English.
10. Ability to travel 25% of the time outside a 100-mil radius of the office.
