Job Description:
1. Responsible for identify and develop suppliers for WEG global including WNT plant.
2. Participate in global procurement teams to implement Supply Chain Management strategy to achieve lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, on time delivery, and cycle time performance improvement.
3. Responsible for evaluating new potential supplier, new components purchasing actives, organize supplier qualification; and should take charge of quality and service of supply.
4. Participate in business negotiation on purchasing contract, and issue evaluation report on important contract clauses (such as price, delivery and payment) of primary production materials, and develop substituted materials when necessary.
5. Strictly follow up company's standard purchasing operation procedure and finance policy, and ensure all behaviors are carried on under the guide of local law and regulation of WEG.
6. Implement ISO, follow up company quality system requirement to ensure all sourcing actives to meet company's requirement.
7. Coordinate with internal function departments, and provide relevant information and documents when necessary, execute other workings assigned by manager
8. Developing and maintaining knowledge of dynamics in the global markets (including emerging markets and low cost countries).

Qualification Profile
1. Bachelor degree of engineering or related major, > 3 years' experience preferred in motor/energy industry or 4~5 years' experience purchasing/development area, Understand the procedure of purchasing or development.
2. Strong English skills are able to travel in domestic and oversea frequently as required.
3. Own Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, outlook and so on. Be good at Quality tools, based on TQC.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills required and strong interaction with WEG global purchasing team is required.
5. Strong analytical capabilities and self-motivated.
6. Good teamwork spirit.
