Qualifications:
90th percentile score on the SAT, ACT, SSAT, or an equivalent examination
Diploma from a top 50 US college or university
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Academic background in the History, English, Science, or a similar field
Familiarity with the Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate examinations
Exceptionally strong presentation and critical communication skills
One year or 500 hours experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring high school students is preferrable
Responsibilities:
Teaching live and online test preparation courses to small groups and individual students
Teaching at least one academic subject in addition to test preparation (e.g., Literature or History)
Diagnosing student weaknesses and devising study plans based on their unique learning needs
Working with consultants to target examination results consistent with admissions goals
Participating in periodic trainings and online meetings with central test preparation management
Full time is preferable and part time is also favourable
