职位描述：
岗位职责：
负责公司产品在江苏市场终端药店的销售管理工作，base南京or苏州
制定区域内的销售推广计划并组织实施，完成工作指标
组建、管理并建立一支具有高效执行力的销售团队
通过协同拜访，确保团队完成公司要求的日常工作，指导并提高下属的业务工作能力
对区域内重点客户定期拜访、随访，建立良好的客户关系，树立良好的公司形象
积极配合执行市场部的市场计划，跟踪、监控和评价各项促销推广活动
确保下属及自身准确、及时地上交各项销售报表及市场反馈信息

岗位要求：
医药、管理或相关专业专科以上学历
五年以上OTC零售工作经验，有销售管理经验者优先考虑
熟悉连锁及零售终端的操作模式
熟悉当地的重点客户，与重点客户有良好的客情关系
