Advises the company Management Team about the company and HR issues in order to promote and develop a motivated team

Develops and maintains effective succession plans to ensure company’s operation and growth are supported by adequate talents

Employee Communication员工沟通
Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s business objectives, in order to sustain company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement结合公司的业务目标,定义,推荐和执行员工沟通的战略,规划,政策和准则,来维护公司文化,提高员工参与度
Creates, sustains and develops a partnership with Unions and Workforce
和工会保持良好,稳定的伙伴关系
Compensation & Benefits薪酬福利
Implements and improves company’s Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness
执行和改善工厂的薪资政策和流程,确保薪资系统的公平性和市场竞争力
Recruitment招聘
Develops hiring plan based on Johnson Controls’ Standard Staffing Model and Profit Plan, implements and improves recruitment policies and procedures, supports key positions’ hiring and each year’s campus recruitment campaign, in order to ensure a proper manning and overall recruitment effectiveness
根据江森自控标准的标准人员配置模式和利润计划来制定招聘计划,执行和提高招聘流程和政策,支持关键职位招聘和年度校园招聘活动,确保合理的人员配置和招聘效率
Training & Development培训与发展
Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.
分析,定义,提高,执行及控制公司培训发展政策,采用适合公司需求的政策
Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path
发展,提高和执行员工发展工具, 通过制定员工发展和职业计划来激励员工
Legal Compliance合规
Advises, analyzes, coordinates prevailing legislation and defines policy, in order to ensure image, vitality and continuity of the company
分析当前的法律,法规并制定公司的政策,确保公司的良好企业形象和活力
HRIS/Reporting人力资源系统/报告
Monitors the standard HR indicators as defined by Johnson Controls
监控由江森自控定义标准的人力资源指标
Maintains all personnel files and records, updates HR IT system and all headcount reports
维护所有的员工档案和记录,更新人力资源系统和所有人员报告
University Relations校园关系
Maintains and develops university /technical school relationship through various campus programs, in order to strengthen Company’s employer brand and ensure a strong campus talent pool
通过各类校园项目,和目标院校保持和发展良好的校园关系, 加强雇主品牌,建立校园人才库
Vendor Management 供应商管理
Assesses and selects HR vendors and products, negotiates for best price, and manages the relationship
审核并挑选供应商及提供的产品, 负责价格谈判及管理与供应商的关系.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting 人力规划和预算
Ensures that HR department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies
根据公司的业务战略,确保人力资源部门充足且高效的人力资源配置
Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控
Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves HR competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高人力资源部门的竞争力和客户满意度
People Development员工发展
Supports HR Staff development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
通过提供适当的培训,辅导和轮岗机会支持人力资源部门员工发展; 确保绩效评估,接任人计划和其他人力资源部门的项目的实施
Competency Requirements (能力要求)
? Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历,人力资源、商务或相关专业优先。
? 5-8 years work experience in HR related functions, with 2 year in management role,
experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry preferred.
在人力资源相关领域5-8年工作经验,2年管理经验,需具备制造型企业经验,汽车行业优先
? State/Local labor laws & regulations 国家/地方劳动法
? Computer operations, e.g. MS Office 良好Office软件使用技巧
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills 优秀沟通技巧
