职位描述：
1. Manage a portfolio of internal clients and assigned Business Units/Corporate Functions
2. Provide inputs to Recruitment strategy & manage execution
3. Steer the recruiting process and consult with line managers
4. Source full-time candidates from internet job boards, college recruiting activities, job fairs, internal referrals and headhunters
5. Pre-screen prospective candidates and conduct telephone interviews and face to face interviews
6. Update the recruiting system with all recruiting activities related to assigned Business Units/Corporate Functions
7. Maintain frequent communication with internal customers and applicants
8. Negotiate offer details and manage offer process
9. Work on recruiting related projects as assigned
10. Support recruiting activities at targeted college campuses
11. Work closely with operational HR

Qualifications:
1. 2017 fresh students, Bachelor or Master Degree
2. Strong sourcing skills
3. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
4. Excellent Chinese, English language and computer skills
