要 求：
1）University degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related field,
2）3+ years experience, at least 1 years in GL accounting, finance control, audit or financial service management. Experience in planning and analysis is plus,
3）Fluent in both English and Mandarin, good oral English to communicate with foreigners. Japanese language skill is plus,
4）Broad knowledge of GA and AM concepts, processes and best practice,
5）Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft, SAP, BW skills
6）Excellent influencing skills,
7）Attention to detail,
8）Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

职 责：
1）Coordinate finance partners on journals booking,
2）Leads monthly financial close and track closing checklist,
3）Preparing local statutory and IFRS reporting packages in compliance with IFRS and China local GAAP,
4）Prepare management reporting,
5）Financial Analysis: Prepare flux, profitability analysis and variance analysis (actual, annual operating plan, forecast, etc.), provide proposals on business operation effectiveness improvement and organizational growth,
6）Conduct training in terms of GCOA, technical accounting, updates over local regulation changes,
7）Fix asset management: Perform project tracking, maintain fixed assets register and coordinate annual physical count in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide refresh training to relevant parties to enhance fixed assets management or roll out new policy,
8）Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
9）Build effective working relationships with other shared service teams, Finance business partnership teams.
10）Use exception reporting and root cause analysis to identify issues and areas for improvement; liaise with Business Partners and Business Managers to drive improvements.
11）Report on and resolve non-compliance issues.
12）Liaison with advisors, external audit and tax authorities.
13）Provide support to entity finance team for adhoc reporting requirements.
14）Other adhoc assigned by the line manager.
