1、充分了解和掌握公司需求，制定招聘方案执行落实，及时完成招聘任务和目标；
2、开拓适合公司的招聘渠道，搜集网络招聘渠道、猎头公司、校园渠道等相关信息并建立良好的合作关系，充分利用各种招聘渠道和方式满足公司的人才招聘需求；
3、协助公司建立和完善公司的招聘流程和体系，建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；
4、对各种渠道招聘以及招聘各环节进行分析，优化招聘过程管理；
5、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历；
2、3年以上招聘工作经验，擅长中高级管理人员招聘；
3、熟悉招聘流程和招聘办法，梳理各类招聘渠道；
4、具备良好的职业素养，较强的目标感和责任意识，抗压力强，信息敏感度高，谈判能力强。
