职位描述：
We are currently seeking a Product Sales Consultant to join our DHL eCommerce team in Shenzhen!


This role will act as a product expert to conduct product training and attend customer visit to support sales to gain the business and revenue for commercial and before transaction products

This role will challenge the successful candidate, but not limited to:
? Support sales team for customer visiting on before transaction products and commercial products (PD and B2B2C), to gain the business and revenue;
? Conduct product training to all sales function roles within sub-region;
? Collaborate with sales team for customer visiting and conduct product expertise;
? Be the expert of commercial product, not limited to Parcel direct products but also B2B2C product for all lanes;
? Attend customer visit per sales request for commercial product and before transaction model product selling;
? Drive sales to conduct a clearly commercial product introduction to customer and collect the helpful and reasonable product suggestion/advise during the meeting;
? Drive sales to improve account hunting convert rate and contribute for the revenue growth by knowledge sharing and on-site support;
? Collect and analysis customer feedback and suggestion for product issue, optimization and even new opportunities;




Desired Skills/Experience
? 3-5 years’ experience in service, ecommerce or logistics Industry;
? Good understanding of eCommerce and B2C sectors;
? Experience in service or solution selling;
