职位描述：

?1. 根据部门发展目标，制定本组年度、季度工作计划。
2. 参与电子产品的研发过程，参加产品研发各Phase阶段的评审，评估产品的可制造性，并讨论制定产品的测试方案。
3. 组织电子产品?研发的技术引进及性能验证，确保产品能够顺利进入批量生产。
4. 参与新供应商的评审，主导血糖项目的更改（包括电子物料的备份和设计更改），制定验证方案并协调进行相关的验证。
5. 组织制定电子产品生产工艺、生产工装和生产测试软件设备开发，制定合理的材料消耗工艺定额。
6. 负责本组培训计划的编制与实施，对下属在专业知识、专业技能上进行培训和支持，设定下属的绩效目标并对其进行考核，对其目标达成情况定期沟通反馈，指导下属不断改善绩效。
7. 为降低产品生产成本和产品生产风险性，以及提高生产效率，组织工艺组进行生产工艺、生产工装及生产软件的优化。
8. 审核客户投诉处理的技术调查报告，重大质量问题及时汇报上级，根据投诉问题趋势，提出产品改进意见。
9. 组织协调解决生产中出现的技术问题。
10. 协调工艺组人员，负责新设备的验证方案制定与实施，以及老设备的周期性验证。

岗位要求：

?1、电子类相关专业本科以上学历。

?2、会应用LabVIEW、VB、C++等软件设计生产测试检验工装。
3、了解《医疗器械生产质量管理规范》或? ISO：13485或美国FDA法规，有医疗器械（电子产品类）从业经历优先。
