职位描述：

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

关键职责：

1. Strategic planning：

? Partner with the GM on all operational and strategic issues; provide strategic recommendations to the GM based on business analysis and projections;

? Participate and drive the strategic planning process and budget process in alignment with SP China’s strategic plan;

? Participate and work closely with BD team on the business case development of strategic partnerships



2. Project Management：

? Lead special projects with cross function team aiming to delivery key priorities or tackle urgent issues of SP China;

? Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process;

? Support the successful delivery of projects undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting;

? Share lessons learned and best practices across projects, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels.



3. Operational management：

? Initiate adequate and continuous improvements on robust system of business processes and data management to support the fast growth demand and the different develop stages of the organization;

? Provide concrete business analysis case by case, per request by GM, work out proposals and initiate follow ups;

? In particular, work with Finance, Sales and MKT to strengthen business insights to individual regions on regional P&L analysis, investment ROI, business modeling and setting up verifiable KPIs, to optimize resource allocation and balance sales and operations planning for better profitability;

? Partner with the GM on all regular and ad-hoc business reports preparation, business reviews with senior leadership and external meeting;

? Support the GM on monthly performance & prioritized issues follow-up;

? Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the GM.



JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

? Education: Minimum bachelor degree, and Major in medical, marketing, finance or related science preferred.

? More than 10 years of work experience (familiarity with the healthcare industry)

? Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience in an environment requiring significant data analysis and cross-functional interaction.

? Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

? Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal

? Able to think analytically and strategically, synthesize information quickly and logically

? Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

? Commitment to teamwork and able to lead a cross functional team

? Curious nature with broad outlook, able to think and work independently

? Structured and process oriented

? Ability to work under pressure

? Ability to maintain ethical, professional and positive attitude and behavior
