职位描述：
Responsibilites:
1. Define TIP for the department every year, perform weekly follow-ups and reviews every six months.
2. Define KPI and COTS for the individuals, setting up targets and frequently revisions.
3. Develop competences of the people in the department.
4. Comply with HR processes as of PMP, PRP, IDP, Calibration, etc.
5. Control expenses under the defined budget and follow up results on monthly bases.
6. Drive the group and focus activities towards implementation on LCI tools.
7. Responsible for the reception of direct materials coming from internal and external suppliers.
8. Comply with internal and external regulations or certifications as of FSC, ISO, OHSAS, etc.
9. Manage the internal warehouses and external if needed.
10. Maintain accuracy of the inventory performing cycle counts.
11. Supply materials to production with no impact in schedule adherence, on time in full, lost time, etc.
12. Responsible for shipping to the distribution center and maintain communication with them.
13. Shipments to LEGO sites and other companies out of LEGO.
14. Responsible for the reception of all indirect materials and its internal distribution.

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree with experience in leading logistics team;
2、Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management;
3、Ability to define and execute long term objectives.
4.、5 years of experience as Logistics Manager, Materials Manager, Supply Chain Manager or similar.
5、Industrial Engineer, Bachelor degree on International Commerce, or a similar carrier.
6、IT: Intermediate computer skills
           Microsoft office
           Inventory systems knowledge
7、 Technical Skills:
        Experience with Warehouse management and Logistics.
        Knowledge of Practice APICS and Import/Export is preferable. 举报 分享
