岗位职责：
1、负责所辖区域促销人员的招募、培训、调配和管理；
2、对促销员业绩和能力考察评估，对促销员工作能力培训及业绩的督促，定期上交各报表和数据；
3、对辖区内门店经营情况和产品陈列进行综合分析，协助调整销售策略和人员安排；达成促销活动和促销队伍的销售指标；
4、根据公司要求执行、规范促销员日常管理流程；
5、日常培训、巡店，检查门店及终端数据统计及完成领导交办的其他工作
任职资格：
1、有丰富的美妆促销人员管理及培训经验，数据分析及报表能力优秀；
2、善于沟通，耐心细致，不畏繁琐，追求上进；
3、熟悉卖场工作操作流程，有同岗位工作经验者优先，无工作经验，能力强者可培养；
4、表达流利、思维敏捷、能吃苦耐劳、责任心强、能承受较大工作压力；
5、善于沟通、性格外向、有团队合作精神，工作耐心、细致。
