Primary Purpose:
Optimize Retail System, process, perform system testing and initial deployment to stores (pilot). Program version control, Configuration / Parameter management, Store PC’s management corresponding to the business growth / security protect in Asia and Europe.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in IT team to...
? Validation and quality control of new system and perform testing depends on regular hot fix patch of multi systems especially retail systems
? Keep store PC be secured with security patch and app version up
? Analysis of issues encountered and summarize solution to improve team problem solving skills and efficiency
? Contributing and working closely with retail system relevant teams for future improvements and/or systems enhancement
? Closely working with teams(internal and external) to consolidate necessary documents
? Partner with project team and support team deploying new system, changes to retail stores smoothly
? Partner with vendors very closely to offer the best support and customer experiences to our internal/external customers in the entire Asia (including Japan) and Europe
? Manage the implementation/deployment of system enhancements/new systems through the project life cycle
? Responsibilities include: Developing the functional and technical design, configuring systems, providing guidance to programmers, system testing, coordinating user testing and support implementation
The accomplished individual will possess...
? Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience of system support for store users
? System testing experience, especially retail systems
? In-depth knowledge of Retail Business
? Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English. Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to design and implement system & process
? Adaptable and flexible person
? Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership
? Rich experience in incident management and QAQC Consultant
? Documentation skills.
An outstanding professional will have...
? Minimum of 5 years Store System experience including testing
? Knowledge of Retail Applications especially POS
? Windows PC (Windows7 OS as well as the hardware) and major application knowledge such as Microsoft Office suite, Citrix, Internet Explore
? Software testing/Quality Assurance Certificate (or equivalent experience)
? Project managements skill
? Japanese or/and Korean capability
? Regional working experience
