职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Project initiation
? Project data in formation + Requests for Proposals/ Qualifications
? Qualifications packages
? Help in preparing bids materials
? Perform client database entry and update
? Perform project info input and update in Salesforce.
? Collect, Translate and Produce project sheets with marketing team;
? Update and Translate designers’ resume with marketing team;
? Assist in regional and office events.

Requirements:
? Freshmen is preferred
? Bachelor’s degree in English, business administration, Architecture, or design related fields.
? Be able to under pressure, frequent in working overtime.
? Fluent English written and communication.
? Strong verbal and written communicated skills required.
? Up-to-date familiarity with a variety of word processing and spreadsheet, photoshop, Indesign software.
