Responsibility Level:

1. This position is responsible for providing and implementing solution design throughout all phases of the process and application lifecycle under the direction of MTS IT Process Lead. Successfully deliver business solutions in complex domestic and international environments, from business processes and data requirements definition, system design, go-lives’, and project management.
2. The successful candidate will support a rigorous methodology that will enable multiple application program to retain compliance with the Global Template for Market to Sell while also supporting business initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives. He/She works closely with the business community and Business Process Leads to understand current processes, develops innovative solutions, prioritizes activities and troubleshoots application functionality.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the regional template with guidance provided by MTS IT Process Lead
2. Guide 3rd party organizations in configuration, development and testing of changes, and regional team members in requirements definition and implementation.
3. Works closely with business subject matter experts and leaders to define and improve business processes.
4. Works closely with other Business Process Leads and Analysts to ensure tight integration between business functions.
5. Work with the technical development team to ensure accurate and timely code that matches the designs
6. Support the governance model for enhancements to all the MTS platform that supports the customer - focused approach but ensures compliance to the business process management goals and objectives
7. Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the end-to-end project solution. This includes creation of the detailed project design, functional specifications, and test plans. Participation in projects from define through deployment is expected.
8. Responsible for coordinating business review and obtaining sign off on business requirements prior to beginning the next project phase. Responsible for ensuring that functional specifications are developed in the design phase of projects meet the business requirements outlined.
9. Monitor projects throughout all phases to ensure compliance to design standards, global template and to ensure that the designed solution matches the business requirements, alerting project and IT leadership when there are potential disconnects.
10. Responsible for ensuring that detailed project design maintains architectural design principles related to reusable services, common technology underpinnings, and strategic technical capabilities such as Services Oriented Architecture, Web Services, etc. Design must also maintain alignment to the architectural plan and roadmaps.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Technology Focus (Preferred experience in one of the following):
2. Experience in implementing at least 3 large-scale or complex IT projects.
3. At least 2+ years of B2B/B2C, Salesforce platform and mobility applications experience, implementation experience is preferred.
4. Functioned as lead application architect/consultant for B2B/B2C, Salesforce platform, mobility applications for Fortune 500 companies
5. Ability to develop clear and detailed business requirements and design specifications that can be understood by other consultants, including global partners.
6. Ability to translate business requirements into design options that are cost effective, efficient, re-usable that comply with defined architectural principles and standards and that enhance the business process.
7. Strong experience in process improvement, with an emphasis towards analytics and process management
8. Must possess a high degree of professional confidence and credibility, with the presence and communication skills to represent IT related concepts effectively with all levels of the business. Experience in an established technology consulting firm is recommended.
9. Education:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS or comparable field
11. Above 2 years of work experience in business applications analysis/programming
12. Above 2 years of experience in a similar position
13. Oral and written communication skills (including English)
14. Occasional overnight travel and non-traditional work hours;
15. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned and required.
