- Manage international corporate governance including but not limited to maintaining compliance calendar and corporate governance tracker Develop country-specific templates for annual compliance.Communicate expectations and manage deliverables/filings with country managers. Work with local counsel as needed.

- Work closely with Chief Legal.Counsel on overall corporate governance needs.Work closely with Chief Legal Counsel on special projects.Research and provide updates on regulatory changes related to corporate governance.

- Provide support to Human Resources for international employment issues.Provide support to Facilities for negotiating international leases.Assist Global Contracts with contract review and negotiation for International clients and vendors.

- Further enhance and develop existing tools and processes.Ensure appropriate information distribution and discussion with relevant individuals/groups in the organization.Assist in development of Sharepoint page for corporate governance.Act as an overall legal resource for international matters
