BASIC FUNCTION
Provide professional accounting and reporting services to the businesses within Asia.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Perform month-end close and year-end close activities to report financial results
？ Coordinate internal & external audit and ensure clean opinion
？ Conduct COPA process and provide by market/product line P&L reports
？ Lead policy and procedure review and process development on GL and reporting.
？ Provide professional advices and solutions to businesses regarding accounting and reporting issues
？ Make continuous improvements and automation of internal reporting.
？ Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
？ Reports to MGR-ACCTG & RPTG, ASPAC CORP SERV
？ Frequent contact with the plant/regional finance teams within Asia
？ Frequent contact with the Kohler Co Corporate Accounting team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
？？Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
？？3 + years experience in finance, accounting
？？Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill.
？？Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
？？Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
？？Experience in share service center is a plus.
