职位描述：
This position will take the following responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for leading a full spectrum of HR activities including Recruiting, Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development as well as Internal Communication .
2. Supervise the job of all the team members to ensure an efficient and effective work flow.
3. Advise the management in solving people problems.
4. Provide effective counseling to the employees.
5. Manage all the administrative issues including Transportation, Drink and Food, Hotel and
Air-tickets booking, Cleaning, Expat. Support, etc. in an efficient way;
6. In collaboration with the management, be responsible for developing a qualified work force;
7. Ensure the employee's remuneration package competitive in the Auto parts manufacturing
market;
8. Lead in establishing a company culture geared towards meeting the customer's expectation.
9. Other jobs as assigned by the Company leader.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Management
2. Eight years plus working experience in the HR field with foreign-invested companies with at least 2-year same level experience.
3. Good command of English in both written and spoken;
4. In-depth knowledge of the local labor laws and regulations; 举报 分享
