职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Sales phase
– The Project Manager takes an active role as a member of many sales teams, as well as being responsible for several projects.
– Be responsible for working out the technical section of the quotation and the contract, makes comments on the technical section, information transfer schedule, equipment definition, delivery limits scheme, project organization chart and other documentation required.
？ Execution phase
– To lead and guide the project implementation work. Be responsible for the economics of the project, for expediting progress, making the required purchases and attend customer interface requirements. Be responsible for the contractual follow-up of the project.
– Working as the contact person with customer. Be responsible for producing project status. Advises and guides the customer on issues regarding total project delivery. Organizing customer feedback meetings and providing analysis.
– Be responsible for contractual follow-up.
– Produces the add-on sales quotations. Seeks agreement from the customer for them during the project.
– Be responsible for the delivery of project equipment to the customer’s site. Controls the installation and carries out installation inspection.
– Produces a plan that will enable the closure of the project. Be responsible for the projects take over (transfer of ownership) to the customer.
– Ensures that the whole project is updated in the project library.
– Develops the working instructions of his/her own assignment and the methods of the Project Unit. Works to produce continuous feedback for the Marketing, RTD and Sales departments.


Requirements
？ B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) or M.Sc (Master of Science) degree that preferred in automation or process (process industry) discipline and an excellent understanding/experience of the project business (at least 5 years experiences as a Senior Project Engineer).
？ Preferred to have a good working knowledge of total field instrumentation deliveries (valves, field instruments, field engineering, field buses, installation and installation supervision) and different industry processes.
？ Should have a firm grasp of the field instrumentation needs of customers as well as being fully conversant with products.
？ Good leadership and management skills, be able to manage complex entities and make decisions, based on multiple input.
？ Be business and customer oriented, have good financial thinking and knowledge of contractual and legal issues.
？ Be good public performer and negotiator. Open minded and team work.
