职位描述：
职位描述 Main Job Description
1. 依照公司规章处理项目付款和合同；
Process the project payment and contract according to company procedure.
2. 依照公司规章审核合同和校验项目付款；
Audit some contract and check some project payment according to company procedure.
3. 协助办理公司的建筑资质、公司安全员证和相关同事资质的延期和年检事务；
Assist to renew and annual check for company construction qualification, company safety license, and related employee qualification.
4. 经常协助准备项目成本报告；
Assist to prepare project cost report regularly.
5. 其他一些由直线经理安排的工作。
Other works assigned by line manager.


工作经验 Work Experience
1. 英语的听说读写都比较熟练（如果下面两项的要求能很好的达标，那么这项要求可以降低）；
Fluent at English speaking, listening, reading and writing. ( If item 2 and item 3 can reach well, this requirement can be lower.)
2. 优先考虑有去上海建筑部门办过事和在建筑资质延期方面经验丰富的人；
Give priority consider to person with rich experience for Shanghai construction bureau procedure and construction qualification renew.
3. 优先考虑有2到3年合同审计或者公司内部规章审核的工作经验的人；
Give priority consider to person with at least 2 to 3 years of contract auditing or/and company internal/procedure control experience.
4. 工作态度积极乐观，责任心强，善于沟通，乐于学习新知识。
Positive and optimistic working attitude, strong responsibility, good at communciation, eager to learn new knowledge.


资质 Qualifications
1. 至少3到5年的工作经验；
Person with at least 3~5 years working experience.
2. 优先考虑有法务或者英语教育背景的人。
