KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
? Manage and grow sales in business team Personal care and Home care distribution channel and direct customer management;
? Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting;
? Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams, KA team, to coordinate all the sales related issues in domestic market;
? Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
Education
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management.
Knowledge/Requirement
? Be familiar with textile auxiliaries industry or chemical industries
? Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage;
? Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
? Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleague, customers and distributors;
? Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers;
? Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas;
? Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc).
Experience
? At least 2-3 year working experience of sales, technical or business development in related industries
? At least 2-3 year working experience with multinational companies
? Technical background preferred
