Responsibilities:
1. Provide after-sales technical support to clients, including Training, implementation, etc
2. Support the sales team with the technical portions of deals to drive revenue;
3. Collaborate with sales team to provide strategy during sales process, including Data/Workflow collection, business analysis, design of technical strategy, etc.
4. Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with SDL customers pre and post-sale from technical side; responding to their requests and working closely with sales team
5. Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with SDL partners from technical side;
6. Lead and deliver demonstrations and workshops/POCs to secure the technical win;
7. In close cooperation with the Sales Executives, plays a major role in answering Tenders, RFI/RFP proposals, Bidding documents;
8. Providing full, effective and successful product demonstrations and presentations
9. Keep eyes on the implementation process to check if all features are realized properly;
Required Skills and Experience
Required Sales Skills
1. Strong Qualification skills. Being able to research a prospect, analyse the technology requirements against the business drivers and asses the technical and commercially feasibility.
2. Outstanding presentation preparation and delivery skills;
3. Solution selling and consultative sales methodologies
4. ROI development to help customers understand value of solution and be able to present to customers and internal executive management
5. Consultative/solution selling methodologies
6. Articulating a technology vision to executives and business line managers
7. Ability to work with and communicate with technical people
Required Background
1. Above 3 years working experiences in localization business
2. Major in Computer science is a plus
3. Familiar with localization business, familiar with SDL Trados or other CAT tools, Passolo is a plus
4. Proficiency in working in Microsoft windows-based computer and network environment.
Required Personal skills
1. Ability to understand and appreciate varying businesses and domains;
2. Excellent analytical skills to represent customer’s requirements and relate to organization’s solutions;
3. Very organized and methodical in approach;
4. Able to speak and write English fluently;
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
6. Willingness to work to tight deadlines;
7. Adept at problem solving and conflict resolution;
8. Good time management, organizational and leadership skills;
9. Able to work well under pressure;
10. Willing to travel national & international.
11. Maintain a profession appearance in line with SDL’s corporate culture and standards including timely communication with team and attendance to meetings/appointments.
