职位描述：
1.岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Plan, lead, direct and monitor all supply and logistics policies, procedures and activities

to ensure a cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers.

2.主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Establish supply chain budget and monitor progress, manage continuous improvement

initiatives for cost, quality and service;
2) Manage material planning and procurement. Identify, select, manage and evaluate ongoing

relationships with major suppliers, vendors or sub-contractors to minimize costs and ensure

the company receives satisfactory service;
3) Develop supply and logistics plans, procedures; allocate labor and capital resources to

meet company targets;
4) Liaise with functional and operational managers to ensure supply and activities are

integrated with other part of the business;
5) Timely and accurately report to management the short and medium term request/forecast on

supply chain;
6) Lead, direct, evaluate department staff to ensure resources are used effectively and

work targets are met;
7) Other tasks as defined in related company procedure or assigned by the direct

supervisor;
8) Develop best practices for SAP usage in the Site/Department.

3.知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 5 years logistics management experience
3. Familiar with customs import and export regulations and taxation in China
4. Experience with raw material import from a foreign country, biology raw material be a

plus,
5. Experience with CIQ be a MUST
6. Good knowledge of SAP usage
7. Excellent English in both written and oral
